What do you do when you need to find who owns a parcel ? Most agents and brokers go the the county web site. This is usually the place to find the most accurate parcel information. Most county sites have some flavour of web map that you can zoom in to a parcel, click and get ownership.
But what happens when you are in a metro area with multiple counties, like Denver? You have to use multiple county web sites and they will all be different. Switching between county web sites takes time and effort.
Do you have other options? Of course. You can purchase a subscription to a third party that maintains their own version of the county parcel data. While seamless, the data is usually out of date, and often expensive?
One-Stop Real Estate Parcel Map Viewer
Surely there is an easier and cheaper way. We decided to simplify the process. To generate one web map which has direct links to multiple counties. Showing core fields of parcel #, Owner, Address and a link to the assessor page for each county. All overlaid on a current streetmap or aerial image.
Take for instance E Colfax Ave. (It splits Adams and Arapahoe counties). With this site you can seamlessly click and quickly get information for both counties saving you time.
We have added additional tools such as a measure tool to size up areas or distances for potential sites, a draw tool to mark your site and a print tool to output your results.
Also if you have a list of sites with location info from another location, we have a handy tool that will plot that list with a colored marker of your choosing that auto numbers as well. Cutting your tour mapping time down. This is easy to share or print for clients.
